Improperly sealed Crystal Light On- The- Go Packets
I am writing to explain my frustration when I purchased two boxes of your Crystal Light On- The- Go Packets from my local Safeway food grocery store. After purchasing your product and made it back home to serve to my children I noticed that out of the 10 individually packed packets that several had appeared to already be opened.
The powdered dust immediately started to pour from the box once I opened it. To my disbelief, this also occurred with the second box that I had also purchased. When I returned to the store, I was instructed by the store's manager that "This wasn't a Safeway problem, This is a Crystal Light Problem".
I couldn't believe that Safeway pushed the responsibility away from themselves, and back to Crystal Light. The purpose of this review is to not only bring awareness to your company but also hope someone could remedy my situation.
