Diet decaf ice tea no longer in my area

My family and I only like diet decaf crystal light packets. The 6 pitcher packet mix, but every location that carries the product no longer has it on the shelves and they have no comment why. About 2 months ago I purchased 12 containers of them and now I have no more. Amazon is very expensive and I am unemployed with no income and child support payments. I was wondering if they can be bought from you and mailed to my house, or coupons sent to purchase so I can afford. Thanks Ivan lieberman 267965****

This is the 3rd time in the last month that when I purchased the individual packets of the lemon tea that I only received 9 packets in the box that were supposed to be 10 I use this product every day and and love the lemon tea! However it seems as though some employees can not count! Thank you Deb Baldwin 807 N Reservoir St Lancaster Pa 17602 Usually I purchase this from Walmart on the Fruitville Pike.

I think my crystal light was messed up

I buy raspberry ice packets often and the drink is always red and fruity. This time my drink was clear and tasted like chemicals. I opened a serving pack to check it and it too was clear, but I didnt drink that one. I threw them away after calling the company. I dont have my receipt anymore. I threw it away after I told the lady on the phone what I paid because she didnt tell me I needed to keep it

I would love to buy 100 canisters of the product

READ THE LABEL!

My Daughter likes CrystalLight. I asked her to stop drinking it because its basically bad for you. So she goes and buys PURE ENERGY CrystalLight claiming no artificial sweeteners, flavors or preservatives If you read the ingredients you will find MALTODEXTRIN which causes gas, bloating, etc. ( the original CrystalLight she was drinking caused this) This drink also contains SODIUM CITRATE which has a laundry list of horrible side effects, including seizers! I read thru the complaints which some people drink this everyday! People READ THE LABEL AND DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO PUT THIS IN YOUR BODY! NOT ME!

Defective packaging

Received several on the go ice tea packets that were completely hard. The packets have not been tear open, inconvenient need to use a pair of scissor to open. After reading other reviews packaging appears to be a big problem for them. Could you make larger than 10 packets on the go boxes. Maybe 14 this way a person could have a weeks worth drinking it twice a day.

Loss of product

I called to see if I could get one of the tea mixes sent to me here at home and was told to go to the store and get it. WTH, I want a case of the product and I do not want to pay retail for it. So, give me some good news or no news at all.

User's recommendation: Lousy customer service. If you want a case you have to pay retail price for all in case. Robbery of us seniors.

Every week I buy the crystal light cherry pomegranate the go drink mix 10 packets. I got 3 of them sealed but with no powder inside. Not happy with that. If you want I can send them to you by mail.

Not pleased

I have purchased 2 boxes of the to go packets of lemonade and to my surprise each box contained a packet that was dried up. I love the taste and convenience but you need to do better. Crystal Light is not cheap and I dont have money to burn.

Purchased a 30 pack Crystal light drink mix grape flavor on 8/12/21 $8.59 at Targets kapolei district. When I opened the box I noticed the packs was crumbled up so I started counting it and only received 22 out of 30. Called Targets 9pm to notify shortage.
